Petrichor is a collection of upcycled jewelry handmade by Esther Hong, a mutlidisciplinary designer located in Brooklyn, NYC.
JEWELRY CARE
Though we strive to use upcycled pieces from reputable brands to ensure quality, we cannot be certain of the material of every piece we use. Due to the nature of upcycling, expect some signs of wear in some jewelry pieces. For optimal care, avoid contact with moisture and prolonged sunlight, and wipe your piece with a cleaning cloth after each use to ensure longevity.
REPAIRS
A free repair is included with every piece for up to one month upon purchase. We do not offer repairs for pieces that are damaged by natural wear, including tarnishing, scratches, or breakage due to force. Contact us for any repair inquiries through DM or email.
RETURN POLICY
Because our products are one-of-one, we can only issue refunds for defected items or specific product issues. If your order has not yet been sent for delivery, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
SHIPPING POLICY
We are not capable of addressing delivery issues involving incorrect addresses or lost/stolen packages. Any problems that you might face after the package has shipped will best be addressed directly through the shipping provider. If your order has yet to be processed and you would like to change your address, contact us asap.
Orders can take up to 3 –14 days for processing and delivery. Due to COVID-19, you might experience some delays in your order delivery.
CUSTOMIZABILITY
We do not offer custom orders at this time.
Most necklaces are adjustable up to 5 inches and their extendable length will be listed in the item description. Custom size adjustments come free with every purchase. Email or DM us your sizing measurements after purchasing your order and we'll adjust your piece for a perfect custom fit.
